R13 Recruitment are supporting a nationally recognised organisation in their search for a Systems Implementation Project Manager to join their Head Office function. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional to play a key role in delivering a major business transformation programme, leading the implementation of a new CRM platform and supporting operational change across a nationwide remit.
This role will suit someone who enjoys combining project management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement and technology implementation within a commercially focused environment. Working closely with senior leadership and technology partners, you will be instrumental in shaping future ways of working and driving meaningful business change.
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, based at the company's Norwich Head Office 4 days a week and Fridays from home. Salary is £45, - £55, depending on experience. Please note: this role will involve regular nationwide travel.

The Day to Day:
3. Leading the implementation and rollout of a new CRM platform nationwide
4. Working closely with senior stakeholders to define and develop new business processes and operational best practices.
5. Mapping customer journeys, user journeys and operational workflows to support system implementation and business improvement.
6. Managing technology partners and third-party suppliers throughout project delivery.
7. Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines and implementation roadmaps.
8. Collaborating with pilot sites to test, refine and optimise systems and processes ahead of wider rollout.
9. Gathering requirements, evaluating solutions and supporting the implementation of technology that drives operational efficiency.
10. Creating standard operating procedures, process documentation, user manuals and training materials.
11. Leading stakeholder engagement activities to secure buy-in and support successful change adoption.
12. Delivering workshops, meetings and training sessions with stakeholders.
13. Monitoring project performance, reporting progress and identifying risks and mitigation plans.
14. Tracking commercial and operational outcomes to demonstrate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
15. Researching industry best practice and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
16. Supporting stakeholders with operational changes and embedding new ways of working.
17. Preparing presentations, reports and communications for leadership teams and key stakeholders.
You Will Have/Be:
18. A minimum of 3 years' experience within a project management, business transformation or systems implementation role.
19. Demonstrable experience delivering organisation-wide change initiatives.
20. Proven experience managing CRM, ERP or business systems implementation projects.
21. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders, operational teams and external suppliers.
22. Excellent project planning and delivery capabilities.
23. Experience creating process maps, SOPs, training materials and operational documentation.
24. Commercially minded with the ability to balance strategic objectives and practical implementation.
25. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
26. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
27. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
28. Confident influencing and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels.
29. A proactive and adaptable approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
