We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer care, ensuring proactive and regular communication with designated accounts.
* Manage the full order lifecycle, including complex and non-standard orders, using advanced SAP and CRM systems.
* Investigate and resolve pricing errors, account setup issues, and escalated complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
* Raise credit notes, rebates, and machinery support credits accurately and in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with internal departments such as Credit Control and Logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Lead team initiatives, mentor junior colleagues, and support training and development.
* Analyse customer feedback and service data to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Maintain accurate records and reporting through SAP and CRM tools.
* Take ownership of challenging customer situations, ensuring resolution or appropriate escalation.
* Uphold confidentiality and professional standards at all times.
