This role is pivotal in helping pupils transition from the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) into the more structured environment of Key Stage 1. You will play a key part in the classroom, supporting children as they develop essential literacy and numeracy skills in a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Phonics & Reading: Delivering tailored interventions to boost confidence and fluency. Maths Support: Assisting small groups with early numeracy and problem-solving. 1:1 Pupil Support: Working with children who have additional learning needs or require extra encouragement.
