About the Role:
This is a fixed term role for 24 months
We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our Central Division in the role of Professional Nurse Specialist in Reducing Restrictive Practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a key team that supports as a key expert within the organisation, leading the development and delivery of strategies to reduce restrictive interventions.

What we would like from you:
1. Registered Nurse (Mental Health or Learning Disabilities) with current NMC registration and a minimum of 7 years post-registration experience.
2. A full driving licence and access to a car.
3. Must be willing to travel across the UK.
4. Flexibility to travel across the UK at short notice where urgent support is required
5. Evidence of ongoing professional development relevant to reducing restrictive practices and behavioural support.
6. Current experience working with national advisory groups looking at reducing restrictive practices.
