About the Role
You will provide essential support to our Conveyancers and Solicitors, assisting with a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Opening and closing client files
* Conducting AML checks and client due diligence
* Preparing contract packs and supporting documentation
* Ordering searches and reviewing title documents
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors
* Managing correspondence via phone, email, and post
* Assisting with exchange and completion processes
* Handling post-completion matters, including Land Registry submissions
About You
* Previous experience in a conveyancing or property law environment (essential)
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
