We are looking for experienced Grooming Stylists to join us Are you an experienced groomer with a compassionate, responsible nature and a genuine lover of animals and people? If so, join us on our exciting journey within the canine industry
The successful candidate will be confident in grooming alone while also inspiring and training others and ensuring the expectations of our loyal clients are met in the high standards of our salons. We are looking for someone who would like to grow with our company and a dedicated and loyal member of the team who will be rewarded as ATD continues to expand.
Requirements :
* Level 3 City & Guilds Qualification / IPET (or equivalent) or 3 years experience (qualifications not required if previous experience in another salon)
* Experience in training and motivating others and inspiring success
* Willingness to sell our additional services to customers, both face to face and over the phone
* Ability to manage a busy diary and customer expectations to maximise revenue
* Experience in training and managing junior members of staff
* Ability to groom most breeds within time constraints to achieve results within appointments
* Being presentable and friendly to represent the business
* Diligence and a responsible attitude
* Written and verbal communication skills
* Applying Attention to detail
* Excellent organisational skills
