Working Hours & Schedule
Full and part time to cover 24/7. Working in pairs during the day and single-handed care overnight.
Hours: 24/7 support, rotation rota. Flexibility required. Slow introduction before overnight shifts. Full training provided.
* Hourly rate: from age related national minimum wage to £12.90 per hour.
* Holidays: 5.6 weeks per year.
Responsibilities
* Provide continuous support to a 35‑year‑old client with brain injury.
* Assist with recovery, daily activities, appointments, and promote independence.
* Collaborate with a dedicated PA team in a 24/7 support system.
* Help with mobility car transport (driving licence required).
* Follow team rota and adapt to shift changes.
* Environment: own property, no pets.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Genuine occupational requirement for holder to be male/female.
* Must hold a valid driving licence to transport in mobility car.
* Must have permission to work in the UK.
* Full-time or part-time availability.
