We are looking for a Children's Home Team Leader to join an outstanding Children’s Home organisation located in Redditch, Worcestershire.

* Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum including sleep-in allowance
* Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

What We Need:
* Recent experience working either as a Children's Home Team Leader or as a Children's Residential Support Worker in a Children’s Home.
* Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
* Full UK Driving Licence.
