The Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking to recruit Qualified Live-In Care Professionals who are available for assignments in and around Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and surrounding locations. - Must have previous experience of Live-In Care and be looking for a more financially secure working environment.
We will be doing Live-In care somewhat differently to other care providers.
We are seeking people who have previous experience or those who are looking to join the Live-In Adult Care Sector - any additional training will be given to the right candidates.
Each client has very specific and sometimes critical needs, we will endeavour to give to our Live-In Care Professionals continuous professional development, and train and update your skills to enable you to undertake a variety of assignments. Extensive experience working in paid employment as a care professional.
* Preferably with Live-In care expertise, with some gained within a UK household.
* You must be flexible enough to do things differently if needed.
Bathing and personal care, continence and catheter care.
* Assisting with any special medical needs the client may require.
Other tasks may include ensuring phones charged, managing laundry, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration and constantly monitoring the clients well-being and comfort.
Pay rates will be £120 - £130 per day, plus meal allowance & travel.
We do require all live-in care professionals to have an Enhanced Adult DBS preferably on the Update Register, previous live-in care experience or a willingness to undertake such work, and the Right to Work in the UK, this will be established during any recruitment process.
We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
