We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our Sales organization, driving revenue growth across assigned Lines of Business. The role involves collaboration with various departments, including Product Management, Supply Chain, Technology, Operations, Pricing, and Facilities, to deliver high-value capabilities and ensure profitable growth. The Director will manage Sales Directors, Managers, and Line of Business Sales Specialists, focusing on recruiting, training, and building a high-performance sales team.
Location considerations: Norwell, MA; Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; Linden, NJ.

Key responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business strategies for growth in assigned LOBs
* Lead annual planning and budgeting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
* Maintain expertise in technical, operational, and market knowledge
* Conduct customer reviews and manage sales activities
* Analyze business performance and market trends for opportunities
* Oversee revenue quality and margin performance
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related fields
* 10-15 years relevant experience
* Preferred OSHA certification and knowledge of RCRA Haz communication and DOT regulations
* Willingness to travel 10-25%
