Offer description

Property Litigation Associate (1-5 PQE) | Manchester or Nottingham | Full-Time, Permanent

We’re working with a leading national firm that’s looking for a Property Litigation Associate (1-5 years’ PQE) to join their busy disputes team. Based in either Manchester or Nottingham, this is a great opportunity to get stuck into a wide range of property-related disputes for clients across the commercial, residential, and public sectors. You’ll be part of a friendly, down-to-earth team that values collaboration and quality work.

You’ll need some solid experience in property litigation and be comfortable running your own files, advising clients, and helping resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation. There’s also the chance to support other teams, mentor junior colleagues, and get involved in business development-whether that’s writing articles, giving talks, or attending events. If you’re commercially minded, proactive, and enjoy variety, this could be a great fit.

In return, you’ll get a competitive salary, flexible working options, and a clear path for progression. The team is supportive, the work is interesting, and there’s plenty of scope to grow your skills and build strong client relationships.
