About Us
Driffield Mobility Ltd is a long-established vehicle adaptation specialist with over 25 years of experience supporting disabled individuals across the UK. We design and install bespoke mobility solutions—from access adaptations and boot hoists to high-tech driving aids—that promote independence and improve quality of life.
We are also proud to operate alongside our sister company, Limitless Campers Ltd, launched in 2024 to offer accessible and customised campervans for both disabled and able-bodied individuals. Together, we share a commitment to customer service, innovation, inclusivity, and quality craftsmanship.
The Role
We are looking for a confident and experienced General Manager to lead and inspire our team of four workshop engineers and seven administrative employees, ensuring the effective day-to-day running of our operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where strong people management, commercial awareness, and operational oversight are key.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a multi skilled team. Demonstrating enthusiasm, respect, and integrity in all aspects of work
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring good communication, efficiency, quality, and compliance
* Drive customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards
* Continuous improvement, review processes and implement necessary changes to improve quality and efficiencies.
* Collaborate with the leadership team on strategic growth and innovation
* Ensure health & safety, and regulatory compliance across all activities
* Represent the values and vision of both Driffield Mobility and Limitless Campers
About You
* Proven experience in a senior management or operational leadership role
* Strong people management and team development skills
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Commercially minded with sound financial awareness
* A positive, hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example
* Experience in the mobility, automotive, or automotive installation sector is desirable
