We're currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team in the WF7 area. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with pupils who benefit greatly from patience, empathy, and structured guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs
* Assist with communication, sensory regulation, and personal development
* Collaborate with teaching and support staff to create a safe, positive learning environment
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in supporting children or young adults with additional needs (preferred)
* A positive and resilient attitude
* Experience working with children with special needs
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
