The ideal candidate:
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students and parents, fostering positive relationships and keeping parents informed about their child's progress.
* Ability to create a positive, organized learning environment with clear behaviour expectations and a supportive atmosphere.
* Adaptability to meet the diverse learning needs of students and modify teaching strategies accordingly.
* Strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum, including numeracy, literacy, science, and other relevant subjects.
Qualifications required:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven successful teaching experience, preferably in Key Stage 2 and Year 3 or similar age group.
* Deep knowledge of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2, with emphasis on Year 3.
* Experience in assessments, analyzing student progress, and providing constructive feedback, along with familiarity with school reporting procedures.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents.
* Professional references and an enhanced DBS check.
