Motus Commercials in Hull is seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive to join our friendly team in the parts department. The role involves working Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 5.30pm.

The Business Development Executive in Hull will demonstrate:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High-level customer service skills
* Knowledge of products and manufacturer systems

It is advantageous if you have knowledge of Kerridge systems.

This customer-facing, field-based role reports directly to the Head of Parts Sales. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer account management and maximizing parts sales by exploring new initiatives, working with CRM systems, and fostering strong customer relationships.

* Develop and grow customer accounts, focusing on competitive, all-makes, and trailer parts
* Provide detailed reports on customer activities and opportunities
* Encourage customer loyalty and sales growth
* Promote the use of manufacturer web-based sales platforms
* Collaborate with the parts team to ensure high customer satisfaction
* Develop regional promotions and relationships with key customers
* Maintain accurate parts inventory records
* Resolve invoice queries and bad debt issues promptly
* Implement account-specific growth strategies
* Engage in continuous learning and development
