Teamforce Labour are currently seeking experienced Skilled Groundworkers for an immediate start inCambridge, CB2.
This role will be supporting a respected civil engineering contractor on a key infrastructure project.
Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and demonstrate a high standard of workmanship, particularly inhard landscaping.
Requirements
* Proven experience working as a Groundworker on civil engineering projects
* Strong competency in kerbing, drainage, ducting, foundations, and concreting
* Valid Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card – Groundworks NVQ Level 2 Diploma (essential)
* PTS is not required but beneficial
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Positive attitude and solid understanding of health and safety regulations
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out all aspects of groundworks including excavation, ducting, drainage, foundations and kerbing
* Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification
* Work collaboratively with site teams to ensure project milestones are met
* Follow instructions from site supervisors and comply with site rules at all times
