1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Oxford

Pay: £89–£100 per day
A welcoming primary school in Oxford is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with an EHCP. This role suits someone patient, nurturing and committed to helping children with additional needs thrive.
Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored 1:1 SEN support
* Assist with learning tasks, routines and emotional regulation
* Follow the EHCP and SENCO guidance
* Encourage confidence, engagement and independence
* Work closely with the class teacher and school team
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience supporting children with SEN
* Genuine passion for helping pupils with additional needs
* Keen to build SEN experience or develop in education
