Your new role
Responsibility for the overall management of the school catering operation, including setting and maintaining high standards, managing budgets and targets. Success in this role depends on positive leadership of the team and building strong relationships with clients and students. You will oversee daily operations and manage front-line staff performing specified services.
Duties
* Manage and develop the App ordering system
* Keep Nutrics Allergy information up to date
* Consult with clients on menus and gather customer feedback
* Ensure compliance with nominated suppliers and approved product lists
* Follow company food policies, considering cultural, religious, ethnic, allergy, and special dietary requirements
* Adhere to recipes, menus, displays, presentation, promotion, and pricing standards
* Train the team on customer service, food presentation, and company standards
* Ensure daily sales targets are met with correct portion control and waste reduction
* Understand the link between high-quality food and increased sales and customer uptake
