Key Responsibilities:
* Organising and optimising factory workflows to ensure efficiency and high standards.
* Managing a small team, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
* Overseeing Health & Safety compliance to maintain a safe workplace.
* Coordinating with suppliers and clients to maintain smooth PlanoProduction schedules.
* Reporting on performance, targets, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing small teams in a manufacturing environment, ideally in timber or joinery.
* Strong organisational skills and hands-on approach ceremonial activity.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations with practical implementation.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Problem-solving mindset and commitment to quality.
