They’ve recently launched a new long-term funded contract and are now recruiting an Employment Advisor covering South London boroughs of Sutton, Kingston and Merton. You’ll work as an Employment Specialist, supporting people with SEN into employment using the Supported Employment Quality Framework. This is a community-based role where you’ll hot-desk across sites including Job Centres, Council Offices, and Libraries. Travel between sites is paid. You’ll manage a caseload of around 20 participants, providing tailored support and working with employers to create opportunities. Full training is provided, including shadowing experienced staff and ongoing support from your Team Leader.
