The Salford Victoria Theatre Trust (SVTT) is seeking dedicated board members to support our transition to charitable status and lead the campaign to preserve the theatre.

As a board member, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping SVTT's strategic direction, working alongside a passionate and committed team to transform challenge into opportunity.
Legal & Governance Leadership
We're seeking experienced legal professionals, ideally retired company commercial lawyers who can provide both expertise and availability during our charitable status transition. We'd also welcome those with Company Secretary experience or charitable governance backgrounds.
As a board member, you will:
* Attend monthly board meetings (hybrid: in-person and online options)
* Help support the "Save the Salford Victoria" campaign
* Engage with community members and key stakeholders
* Support fundraising and sponsorship initiatives
* Collaborate with Salford's Heritage Commission, Theatres Trust, and National Heritage Lottery Fund
