Passive Fire Estimator - Gravesend FAFS Fire & Security specialise in designing, installing, commissioning and servicing automatic Fire Detection, Protection and Alarm Systems in and around Greater London. We are currently looking to appoint a new Passive Fire Estimator to be based out of our Head Office in Chessington, Surrey. You will be a driven and enthusiastic individual who is keen to be part of a growing and high-achieving team! You will be able to work as part of our team and independently, working directly with our clients and our subcontractors. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is currently at an administrator level and wants to fast-track their career! What will this role look like? Support the Passive team by estimating remedial works from third party surveys, risk assessments, local authority letters, tender packages. As well as assembling quotations generated by our own surveying team. To log and keep track of inbound/outbound enquiries. To estimate remedial works required. Provide market-leading customer service. To liaise with other departments and inter-business companies. Take customer phone calls. Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with our Health and Safety system Requirements Who We’re Looking For Previous experience with customer service / estimating roles. Excellent administration experience Excellent customer service skills. Tech-savvy and ability to manage complex programmes. Impeccable literacy skills. Experience within the Fire & Security industry is not essential but highly desirable.
