Experienced Solar PV Electrician
Salary: From £40,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
Location: UK-wide installations (travel required)
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a qualified and experienced Solar PV Electrician to join our team. This is your chance to play a key role in the clean energy movement while developing your career with a forward-thinking and supportive company.
Responsibilities:
* Installing and commissioning roof- and ground-mounted solar PV systems
* Maintaining and servicing solar panel systems
* Installing EV charging points
* Potential involvement in electrical elements of heat pump installations
* Leading and supporting installation teams
* Carrying out customer handovers with professionalism and clarity
* Working across various sites (a full UK driving licence is essential)
Skills:
Must-Haves:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
* 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification
* Full UK driving licence
* Previous experience installing Solar PV systems
* Strong leadership and communication skills
Desirable:
* Experience with battery storage installations
* Familiarity with heat pump systems
* IPAF or equivalent working at height certification
* First Aid or Health & Safety qualifications
