Driving a 3.5 tonne van to deliver groceries to our customers' doorsteps, on-time and in great condition.
Completing checks to ensure the van is organised, clean, roadworthy, and that delivery cases are secure before driving safely in various locations and conditions.
Serving our customers brilliantly, supporting with questions and substitutions, and keeping them informed of any delays.
Building knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations.
When not delivering, assisting across the store as needed.
Being friendly and welcoming with enthusiasm for helping customers and providing the best doorstep experience.
Proficient in driving large vehicles in different locations, from busy streets to narrow country lanes, delivering to residential properties.
Willing to work in a fast-paced, physical, high-energy environment, using initiative to solve problems, both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and productive in working across the store when needed, with training provided to develop new skills.
Comfortable learning to use new digital tools and technology, and able to move shopping containers up to 15KG.

Responsibilities: Working in our stores, which are fast-paced environments at the heart of the community, providing outstanding value, quality, and service. As a Home Delivery Driver, you will be the key to delivering our online customers' shopping experiences.
Eligibility:
* You must be over 18 and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points.
* You will complete an online driving risk assessment and a driving assessment if successful.
* You must have the Right to Work in the UK.
