We are seeking dedicated Complex Care Support Workers to join our amazing Residential team in one of our 2 residential services in Louth. The two services have 5 & 7 people supported there and you will discuss during the interview stage to see which home would be more suitable.
You will provide essential care to individuals with sensory loss and learning disabilities who display challenging behaviours. This role requires someone who is confident in their abilities, as it involves substantial lone working and supporting non-verbal individuals in their homes and out in the community. The role is to support individuals with complex learning disabilities in there home environment to live a fulfilled life and have access to meaningful activities.
This is a Permanent role, with contracts available for 7 - 35.5 hours per week. You must be able to work a shift pattern, with shifts starting at 7am on an early and finish at 10pm on a late and be able to work every other weekend.
We are offering an hourly rate from £12.50 with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews/ rises. A full manual UK license is desirable as we have company vehicles used to drive and take individuals to appointments, activities outside of the home and trips.
*If you live outside of Louth to be considered for the role you will need use of your own vehicle to get to and from the service for early/late shifts due to very limited public transport.

Please note, this role may include regular sleep-in shifts paid at £50 a night (This means sleeping over at the residence, with the possibility you might have to wake up to provide care in the night.)
