We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion and strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young children, ambition for their role and growing with the nursery and an eagerness to take initiative and learn. This role involves engaging with children in a nurturing manner, promoting their academic and social development, and creating an inclusive classroom atmosphere. The successful applicant will have a solid foundation in early childhood education, possess a caring, warm nature and be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Responsibilities Manage classroom behaviour and create a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behaviour, and any concerns. Foster a love for learning by encouraging curiosity and creativity among students. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their development. Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies. Drive initiatives that promote inclusivity and respect for diversity within the classroom. Qualifications A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent. Leadership skills with the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively. Excellent communication skills. Previous experience in childcare or nursery settings is highly desirable but not required. A genuine passion for working with children and facilitating their growth both academically and socially. Ability to create engaging learning experiences that cater to various learning styles. Commitment to ongoing professional development and improvement in teaching practices.
