Job Summary:
The DCO Technical Engagement Coordinator (TEC) is responsible for coordinating engagement with technical stakeholders during the Heathrow West DCO pre:application process. Reporting to the Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager, and a member of the Engagement and Consultation team, the TEC's primary responsibility is to work with the project's engineering and environmental consultants to coordinate engagement with technical stakeholders who include environmental, planning and aviation regulators, Local Planning Authorities, utilities owners, highway and transportation authorities, heritage bodies and public health and emergency service providers. The position requires strong organization skills, including scheduling, issues tracking, meeting documentation and records retention to support a successful DCO submission.
Major Responsibilities:
Technical Consultation
:Create a schedule for technical stakeholder meetings in collaboration with the technical consultants and the Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager. Meeting frequency should be proportionate to stakeholder's interest in and/or influence on the process.
:Organize meetings with technical stakeholders including issuing invites and coordinating logistical requirements for in:person meetings.
:With input from technical consultants, identify and track information, decisions and materials required for stakeholder meetings. Provide regular progress updates, escalating to the Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager if deadlines are going to be missed.
:Support meeting material preparation, attend meetings to document feedback, issues and actions items.
:Coordinate responses to technical stakeholders.
:Track stakeholder feedback and issues, including through to issue resolution.
