We are seeking a Retail IT Administrator & Training Support to support our EPOS network within our retail stores.
The role will provide on-the-ground support for our retail partners operating within the SuperValu, Centra and Mace brands and internal Musgrave users, please note this is not an IT role and would suit someone with a retail background/familiarity with EPOS systems - Full training provided.
The role:
Working as part of a team the role will have responsibility for SuperValu, Centra and Mace stores across the N. Ireland.
What you'll be doing:
New Store Openings
* Preparation of store product file detail
* Deliver Training on Musgrave EPOS solutions to stores as required.
* The onsite management of store issues during opening period
* Lead and coordinate the IT technical installations in new stores.
* Retailer Training & Continuous Improvement
* Periodic visits to stores to ensure procedures are being carried out accurately and that systems are working correctly.
* Drive the use of new technologies and assist in the implementation of new systems and projects that supports these changes
* Delivering structured training to stores, both on a 1-2-1 and Group environment
Internal Task Management and Execution
* Working with internal colleagues locally and more widely to ensure system processes operate effectively and efficiently.
* Ensure that knowledge and processes are captured, documented, and shared appropriately. Provide manuals, mentoring and training for colleagues as required.
Systems & process documentation
* Effective documentation and maintenance of process and operational manuals to current best practice standards.
What we're looking for:
* Full driving licence
* Previous experience working with EPOS solutions to include tills and back office
* Retail experience
* Good team player
* Effective communicator
