We are seeking a construction solicitor to join our client and their accomplished team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal counsel to our client. Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on all legal aspects of construction projects, including contract and regulatory compliance.
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, subcontracts, and related legal documents.
* Conducting due diligence and risk assessments.
* Providing legal support and guidance.
* Collaborating with other departments within the company.
Qualifications:
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in construction law or commercial contracts.
* Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and regulations.
* Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in legal documentation.
