Social Housing Manager SHF Works

Were working with a brilliant, well-established contractor delivering works on a long-term framework in Sheffield, and theyre looking to appoint an experienced Social Housing Manager to support delivery of an SHF energy-efficiency upgrade programme across local housing stock.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is comfortable managing and reporting on multiple small works packages while maintaining strong relationships with clients, residents, and site teams.
The Role
* Oversee delivery of SHF-funded energy efficiency works across occupied social housing
* Manage and coordinate multiple small works projects simultaneously
* Track progress, programmes, and KPIs across the framework
* Produce clear and accurate reports for internal teams and client stakeholders
* Ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to programme
* Act as a key point of contact between site teams, subcontractors, and the client
