We're recruiting dynamic educators to bring experience, innovation, and excellence to primary schools across Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. YOUR DUTIES WILL CONSIST OF: 1. Supporting Teaching and Learning * Delivering planned lessons or learning activities in the teacher's absence. * Supporting individuals or groups of pupils, especially those with additional needs. * Assisting with the planning of learning activities under the teacher's guidance. * Monitoring pupils' progress and providing feedback to teachers. 2. Assessment and Record-Keeping * Contributing to the assessment of pupils by recording observations and progress. * Supporting teachers in evaluating the effectiveness of learning activities. 3.
