As a US/UK Tax Manager (HNW), you are expected to manage a comprehensive client list, provide line management, and contribute significantly to the firms operational success through participation in Management Committee Meetings and leadership roles. Your main responsibility is to advise clients on their tax affairs. Ideally, you will already be working in a managerial capacity or aspiring to do so. You will be part of the management team, involved in work planning, appraisals, and guiding junior team members on technical and daily matters.
A qualification such as ACA, ATT, or CTA is essential. Mentorship from senior management will support your development of soft skills, including client and staff management. Personal coaching will be available to help you progress towards roles such as Director or Partner.
