About the practice
We are a small, family-friendly practice based in Worcester, with plans to expand our fabulous team and continue refurbishing our facilities. We aim to offer an excellent service to our clients and their pets. To support this, we’re equipped with in-house lab machines, X-ray (including dental), ultrasound, and an IDEXX blood machine, to name just a few. As a team, we pride ourselves on our fear-free, individually tailored approach to patients and their humans, strong teamwork, mutual support, and a healthy work-life balance that adapts to the needs of each team member. Our fantastic clinical team includes two vets (including our Clinical Director) and two RVNs. Our Clinical Director holds a certificate in chronic pain management. We’re extremely fortunate to have a fantastic, loyal client base that has entrusted us with the care of their pets for many years.
Rota and hours
We understand that a healthy work-life balance is crucial for the well-being and productivity of our team members. That\'s why we proudly offer flexible working hours to accommodate various lifestyles and commitments. Ideally, we’re looking for someone to work between 16 – 20 hours per week, covering Tuesdays and Fridays, along with 1:3 Saturday mornings (08:30 – 12:30).
Location and lifestyle
Worcester offers historic city living with easy access to countryside activities. The cathedral and the Commandery are highlights to visit. The Malvern Hills are a short drive away with access to canals and the River Severn for outdoor activities. There are several good schools nearby and convenient transport links. There are also lovely villages within easy commuting distance for a quieter lifestyle.

£40,000 - £65,000 a year. Up to £65,000 pro rata (DOE).
