Role
Reporting Into The Commercial Director, You Will
* Manage and develop the Tesco account
* Lead customer negotiations and annual joint business planning
* Deliver sales growth, profitability and strategic objectives
* Work closely with Operations, Technical, NPD and Supply Chain teams
* Analyse market trends, customer performance and competitor activity
* Identify new opportunities for product and category growth
* Build strong relationships across multiple customer stakeholders
About You
* Proven National Account Management experience within food manufacturing
* Experience managing major retail accounts, ideally Tesco
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Excellent relationship‑building capabilities
* Ability to influence both internally and externally
* Passion for delivering growth and exceptional customer service
