Your role involves being the first point of contact for customers. Adaptability and resilience are essential, as you'll handle calls ranging from missed call responses, claims due to family bereavements, to complaints. Maintaining a calm and professional demeanor is crucial, especially given the emotional nature of some interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer inbound customer service calls professionally and kindly, even in challenging situations.
2. Identify opportunities to discuss additional products and protections for customers’ families.
3. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
4. Cover reception duties when needed.
5. Respond to Trustpilot reviews left by customers.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
7. Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to answer inquiries accurately.
8. Embrace continuous learning to achieve high customer satisfaction.
