We are seeking a detail-oriented leader to process, oversee and direct multiple payrolls and payroll procedures, ensuring accuracy, timely production, compliance with laws and tax obligations. You will supervise the payroll team and maintain accurate payroll records. Reporting into the HR & Payroll Shared Services Manager, you will ensure that you and your team run multiple payrolls smoothly while prioritising business partnering.

An individual with a resilient, positive, enthusiastic and methodical mindset, with a good sense of humour. You will be used to working in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly and processes, while documented, are flexible to adapt to business needs. Attention to detail and ensuring accurate quality work from your team is essential, alongside excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
