We’re looking for a strategic, creative and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead our brand, communications, and growth-focused activity. This is a role with purpose: not just to make things look good, but to make sure they work, driving real results across referrals, recruitment, training and internal engagement.

Own and develop Superior Healthcare’s brand across all internal and external touchpoints.
Ensure everything we produce is on-brand, purposeful and cohesive.
Lead all business communications – from marketing campaigns to internal updates and external PR.
Connect strategy to action – develop a clear marketing plan, see it through, measure success.
Recruitment Marketing
Training Promotion
Create campaigns to promote our complex care training services to care homes. Build awareness and drive uptake through targeted outreach, partnerships and digital channels.
Plan and run events that support business growth, brand awareness and client engagement.
Represent Superior Healthcare at industry conferences and community events.
Identify event opportunities and integrate them into the wider marketing strategy.
Develop and manage employee communications across digital and offline channels.
Play a key role in shaping how we communicate with and engage our carers, nurses, and office teams.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team (including collaboration with freelancers).
Work with senior leaders to align marketing with business goals.
Own the end-to-end marketing process, from insight and planning to execution and reporting.
A proven marketing leader with experience in healthcare, social care, or service-led industries.
A natural communicator and brand storyteller.
Experienced in multichannel marketing, including digital, print, events, and partnerships.
Own and grow a brand that already stands for quality and compassion.
