Title: Group Treasury Analyst
Location: South Oxfordshire (Hybrid)
Salary: £55k – £65k
Reports to: Group Finance Director
The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Group Treasury Analyst to join a multi-entity organisation. In this key role, you will support the Group Finance Director by taking day-to-day ownership of liquidity management, multi-currency cashflow forecasting, and the coordination of banking infrastructures. This is an ideal position for a treasury professional looking for a role with significant technical influence and a direct line to senior leadership.
What you will be doing:
* Manage day-to-day liquidity to ensure fund availability for operational needs through short, mid, and long-term cashflow forecasting.
* Support the development and implementation of treasury strategies that align with broader financial objectives.
* Help optimise cash management systems, including managing banking relationships, facilities, and hedging practices.
* Monitor foreign exchange exposure and track banking covenants to ensure consistent compliance.
* Maintain and monitor internal controls and policies related to all treasury and multi-currency activities.
* Act as a technical advisor to the finance leadership while mentoring one direct report on administrative and forecasting tasks.
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience in a treasury role, ideally within an international or multi-currency environment.
* Demonstrable skills in managing banking relationships and a solid understanding of financial regulations.
* A Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional qualifications or a Master's degree are highly regarded.
* Exceptional attention to detail, a resilient \"can-do\" attitude toward ambiguity, and the ability to work collaboratively across different regions.
