Office Manager/Executive Assistant/Receptionist

Microsoft office package experience essential (Word, Excel especially).
Canva and/or other editing tools desirable.
o Organising inventory and stock of items in office
o keeping office presentable
o General office work associated with admin role

o Liaise with contractors
o Diary management
o Budget management, receipt and invoice management
o Tech asset management and support
o Minute taking
o Social media planning, drafting, organising and launching (Band Management/strategy and scheduling)
o External event organising, management and set up (networking and other events)
o Work with Financial services, Lettings, Maintenance, Sales, Insurance & Investment teams in-house
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
