Ability to articulate the value of financing solutions in a way that aligns with customer operational and commercial needs.* **Experience in developing and maintaining strong customer, dealer, and Caterpillar business partner relationships while achieving business plan objectives** Proven ability to build, manage, and sustain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal Caterpillar business partners. Skilled at collaborating cross‐functionally to drive aligned outcomes, support dealer strategies, and consistently deliver against business plan, growth, and profitability objectives.* **Proven experience within the financial products market (banking, leasing, or finance)** Solid background within the financial services industry, including banking, leasing, captive finance, or related financial products environments. Brings a strong understanding of financial structures, credit risk, pricing considerations, and regulatory or policy requirements associated with financial products.* **Ability to assess high‐level customer credit profiles through interpretation of financial statements** Demonstrated capability to evaluate customer creditworthiness by interpreting financial statements, performance indicators, and business fundamentals. Able to ask targeted, relevant questions to identify risks, clarify assumptions, and ensure credit proposals meet minimum requirements while supporting timely and effective decision‐making.**NB.
