The Role Theory into Practice: Apply your knowledge of child development, attachment theory, and behavioural psychology to support students who have disengaged from mainstream education. Behaviour as Communication: Support students with challenging behaviours, using your understanding of mental health to de-escalate situations and identify triggers. 1:1 Intervention: Work closely with specific students to build self-esteem, improve emotional regulation, and assist with academic tasks.
