Support Worker (Young People 16) Location: Poole (with flexibility to work at other sites locally in Bournemouth/Ringwood) Pay: £13.67 per hour, plus £55 paid sleep‑in per shift Hours: 37 hours per week, plus sleep-in shifts (3 per week) Rota: 4 week rolling, inclusive of 8am starts and sleep-in shifts Paid training and overtime Make a real difference every day.
