Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the hotel.
* Manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and human resources functions.
* Oversee guest services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle any escalated guest concerns promptly.
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality standards for products and services.
* Monitor financial performance, optimise revenue streams, and control costs effectively.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
* Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, leadership development, and professional growth.
* Organise marketing initiatives to attract new guests and retain existing clientele.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in hotel management or a similar hospitality role; supervising experience is essential.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
