What the Job Involves As the Senior Family Engagement Officer, your primary responsibility is to facilitate positive engagements with families at the point of entry to the children's centre service. You ensure the reception area is managed efficiently, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. This role involves establishing strong relationships with service users and stakeholders, managing enquiries, and providing crucial information, advice, and guidance on local services. Additionally, you will coordinate front of house administration, maintain accurate databases, and ensure compliance with data protection policies, all while contributing to service planning and development.
