A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a National Account Manager to join a leading, award-winning food business. This company specialises in ambient food supplying to major UK retailers with both own-label and branded products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow sales across new and existing major retail accounts
* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts across various functions
* Work closely with internal teams on procurement, stock management, and marketing initiatives
* Manage and report on sales and contract balances
The Ideal Candidate:
We're seeking an experienced professional with:
* Experience managing UK retailers
* Strong preference for a food industry background, though other FMCG experience will be considered
* Proven ability to win new business and manage accounts hands-on
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Location:
Surrey - 4 days office / 1 day home
Package:
£60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits
