This is an exciting cross-site rotational role where you will gain specialist skills and knowledge to help develop and guide you through your career. We have full time/part time and fixed term vacancies available. Face to face interviews will be held in Bristol or Weston on 19th or 22nd May 2026.
Main duties and responsibilities
Within this role, you will rotate across a variety of specialities and sites across both Bristol & Weston. These rotations include:
* Medicine
* Trauma and Orthopaedics
* Critical Care, Cardiac and Surgery
* Older Person Therapy including Front Door
* Stroke
* Paediatrics
During your rotation, you’ll be building relationships with new teams and adapting to new environments, all that offer unique benefits and incentives such as:

Role details
The post holder will contribute to the provision of a comprehensive, integrated and efficient therapeutic service for patients referred for Occupational Therapy (OT).
Staff will rotate approximately every six months to different clinical sites and areas across the Trust, with clear learning objectives for each rotation. On some rotations Band 5 OTs will be required to supervise non-registered staff. The post holder will be responsible for a separate and designated caseload and will take an active part in their own development, seeking help and advice as appropriate. Registered staff may work alongside non-registered staff and supervise some activities. The post holder will be supported by a Band 6/7 throughout the rotation and may be required to work shifts including weekends and to participate in the bank.
