The Role
We are seeking an exceptional and dynamic English Teacher to join a thriving and supportive team in Bradford. This is a full:time position starting this January. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering high:quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and challenging lessons that inspire students to achieve their very best. This role requires a commitment to a high standard of teaching and learning, a dedication to pastoral care, and a willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school community.

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Strong subject knowledge of the English Language and Literature curricula.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Enhanced Child DBS on the updated service (Willingness for one)

* Planning and delivering engaging English lessons to students across all abilities.
* Assessing, monitoring, and providing constructive feedback on student progress.
* Maintaining a safe and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to curriculum development.
* Communicating effectively with parents and guardians about student progress.
* Contributing to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities or clubs.
* Upholding the schools high standards of behaviour and conduct.
* Undertaking pastoral duties as a form tutor, supporting student well:being.
* Staying up:to:date with current pedagogical practices and subject knowledge.
* Differentiating lessons to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
