Programme Manager Business Change
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a complex business change programme, driven by policy change within a highly regulated environment.
The role will be responsible for translating new or amended written policy into effective, deliverable change, across people, processes, technology and governance.
You will work at the intersection of policy, regulation and operation delivery, ensuring compliance while delivering sustainable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and govern a multi-workstream business change programme arising from new or amended policy and regulatory requirements
Translate policy intent and regulatory obligations into clear programme scope, outcomes and delivery plans
Establish and maintain programme governance, control and reporting
Engage and influence senior stakeholders, policy owners, and delivery teams
Ensure change impacts are understood and embedded through effective business readiness and transition planning
