Hours: 07:30am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 12:00pm every other Saturday Key Responsibilities Maintain and grow both new and existing customer relationships to maximise their lifetime value Provide advice on products and solutions with a key focus on the core K&B range Continually develop your knowledge of product lines, market trends and competitor offering to meet customer needs. Carry out site/home visits to take accurate measurements, ensuring precision in all design plans. Maximise our technology solutions to deliver great levels of communication and service including creation of detailed CAD drawings and expert design solutions. Required Skills and Experience Proven selling experience; generating sales leads, converting leads to orders and negotiating prices. CAD (or similar) design skills along with the ability to interpret a customer’s brief and deliver as required. Relevant market and product knowledge. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels. Understanding of what makes a great customer journey and ability to create sales opportunities which leverage cross-selling opportunities whilst exceeding customer expectations. What’s in it for you?
