We are seeking a tech-savvy and highly organized Executive Assistant – AI-Enabled Productivity to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to support our executive leadership while using innovative AI tools to streamline nonprofit operations and communication.
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI) to draft documents, summarize reports, and support team productivity.
- Help design and maintain digital workflows that increase efficiency and support strategic goals.
Experience in executive support or nonprofit administration.
- Comfortable using AI tools and interested in experimenting with new platforms.
- Strong writing, organization, and collaboration skills.
The Executive Assistant – AI-Enabled Productivity provides direct administrative and strategic support to the Executive Director and leadership team. This role includes the creative and effective use of AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Google Workspace tools) to enhance scheduling, communication, research, and content development. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to explore how digital tools can help streamline nonprofit operations.
AI tool utilization & workflow support
• Use AI tools to support writing, research, summarization, video content creation and task management
• Help develop and maintain digital workflows and templates for team productivity
• Troubleshoot and assist with AI platforms as needed
• 2+ years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant (nonprofit experience a plus)
• Strong working knowledge of AI and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar
